Classes

  • Level One

    Our foundational reformer class blends traditional & contemporary Pilates principles. Ideal as an entry level class for those who want to safely develop & refine their practice, or those with limitations who want to move at a slower pace. An effective class to focus on building strength & balance, while gaining confidence with the equipment.

  • Level Up

    An intermediate reformer class that will push your Pilates practice to the next level. Aimed to increase your technical knowledge by adding more advanced moves in a more complex sequenced routine utilizing a variety of our Balanced Body equipment.

  • Power Up

    Our most challenging reformer class incorporates advanced athletic movement in fast paced sequences & transitions. Requires prior demonstration of a sound Pilates practice in order to schedule this class.

  • Cardio | Lift + Shape

    This class offers a combination of your favorite Level Up movements with a cardio infused focus on your core and lower body. The result is a high energy, full body workout.

  • Power Down | Stretch + Release

    In this class we move through a series of exercise flows that strengthen & lengthen to help increase your mobility & improve your overall flexibility.

    Fifty minute group session.

  • Private Class

    Fifty minute one-on-one session.

  • 4 Class | Month

    Four group classes over one month from date of purchase. Requires a three month auto-renew commitment.

  • 8 Class | Month

    Eight group classes over one month from date of purchase. Requires a three month auto-renew commitment.

  • 12 Class | Month

    Twelve group classes over one month from date of purchase. Requires a three month auto-renew commitment.

  • Unlimited | Month

    Two group classes per day over one month from date of purchase. Requires a three month auto-renew commitment.
